| Generally within 15
days of arriving in China and prior to beginning employment,
the foreign employee should apply to the Chinese Labor Bureau
for a work permit. After obtaining the work permit, the employee
can apply for his/her residence permit at the local Public Security
Bureau.
Documents & information required
• Original Employment license
• Original Medical Examination Record
• Original Passport and copies of pages with photo and
with valid Z-Visa
• Copy of business license of Chinese employer
• Copy of employment contract
• Application forms filled out and stamped by the employer
